THROUGH THE FOREST (TTF) is a limited company incorporated in England & Wales, and is a ‘controller’ and responsible for your personal data referred to below. TTF is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when communicating with us, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
We may collect the following information: name; job title; company name; contact information, including phone number (if provided) and email address; demographic information, such as postcode, preferences and interests; your comments and feedback on our services (if given).
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, only where we are allowed to by law, and in particular for the following reasons:
Provide you with our coaching services, necessary for any contract between us.

We may wish to communicate with you about online or in-person events held throughout the year which provide opportunities to continue your coaching journey. This may include periodic promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting, using the email address which you have provided, and with your permission.
From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone or mail.
We do not share your name and contact details with any third parties for marketing purposes, except in specific circumstances where during the course of a conversation an introduction is
identified which may be beneficial to you. This would be only be done with your express permission, and with permission of the third party.
We do not use your data for automated decision making or profiling.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
Unless you request otherwise, we will securely hold your data for a period of 7 years following our last contact. This is to fall in line with tax requirements and based on experience of time lapses between our clients’ bookings. After 7 years we will securely delete your data.
Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.
